Getting prettier by eating chocolate

INGREDIĆNTEN
- 120 g of dates
- 75 g of Brazil nuts
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 1.5 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 50 g cocoa nibs
BEREIDINGSWIJZE
1. Seed the dates and put them together with 50 grams of Brazil nuts, the grated coconut, cacao and vanilla powder in the food processor until all ingredients are mixed.
2. Chop the rest of the Brazil nuts and mix it with the dough. This way you keep a nice bite in the balls.
3. Form 12 balls of the mixture and roll them one by one through the cacao nibs.
