So if you do take the effert to make them, make sure you make a lot! You can keep them perfectly fresh for days when you store them in the freezer. This way you always have a healthy snack on hand in case you’re hungry!

In this recipe we use the essential oil lemon. Lemon has a cleansing effect on the liver and tastes nice and fresh. The essential oils from dōTERRA are 100% pure and every batch goes through high quality control. You can safely take this oil internally, in fact your liver will be grateful!

Do you not have any essential oil in the house? Then use a tablespoon of lemon juice and some lemon zest.

  • 150g Brazil nuts
  • 50g oatmeal
  • 100g coconut grater
  • 200g dates
  • 100g mulberries
  • 7 drops of Lemon essential oil


1. Grind the dates, nuts and oatmeal in a food processor or blender.

2. Grind the mulberries a little and add this to the mixture together with the grated coconut.

3. Add the drops of essential oil and knead into a coherent mass. Roll 20 balls. Store in a sealed box or jar in the refrigerator or freezer.
