Quick and easy pizza
The quickest and easiest pizza is made from a tortilla wrap! A few minutes in the oven and then layered with a spread and vegetables that you like. Ideal for a lunch or light evening meal. You can get wraps in the supermarket nowadays that have extra vegetables in them, like carrot wraps or beetroot wraps. Nice for the colour too! Do you prefer gluten-free food? Then use corn wraps.
Green on green
Of course, you can top the tortilla pizza with all sorts of different spreads and vegetables. We have opted for a lot of extra GREEN! Peas are ideal vegetables to prepare and then store in the fridge. They are also delicious cold on top of a salad or in a wrap. Make sure you rinse them immediately with cold water after cooking them briefly. This way they will not continue to cook and will retain their tasty bite.
You can use some lettuce, rocket and/or sprouts as topping. Germs contain many minerals and the life energy of the whole plant!
With fresh pea spread
The fresh pea spread that we use for the tortilla pizza can also be used as a dip for raw vegetables or as a spread on bread. So make a big splash! If you are one of those people who thinks coriander tastes like soap, you can also use parsley instead of coriander.
