Without all the fruit
For if you want a smoothie, but not with all the fruit. This is your green supercharger! Nice and creamy with avocado, fresh with lemon and yet a tad sweet because of the piece of apple. A sh * tload of vegetables, but a bit more accessible than the Seriously Green Smoothie.
Optionally you can add spirulina. This algae is a master in the collection of heavy metals and then draines it through the body. Such a good support for your daily detox and a great help when your fat starts to break down. Toxic waste are stored in fat cells, so if you want to lose fat, it is important that those waste materials are flushed to the toilet safely and efficiently.

- 150 g of celery
- 1 (green) apple
- 10 g of fresh ginger
- 50 g spinach
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 avocado
- 400 ml of water
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
1. Cut the celery and apple small. Put in the blender together with the ginger and spinach.
2. Add the juice of the lemon and the avocado. Pour in the water and blend into a smooth smoothie.
3. Blend the spirulina or stir in the smoothie at the end so that you get a nice "swirl" through your smoothie.
