Dessert for breakfast

With a drop of cinnamon essential oil
For the topping, you can choose a vegetable yoghurt, such as coconut, soya or almond yoghurt. Or you can go for a vegetable cream cheese, based on soya or oats. Both are delicious, but are made extra tasty by adding a drop of cinnamon essential oil. Make sure you use a 100% pure essential oil from a brand you trust and know you can take it.
Cassia of Cinnamon
Cinnamon essential oil comes in two varieties: cassia or cinnamon bark. Both can be used instead of cinnamon in dishes. They come from two different plants and cinnamon bark is a bit more expensive than cassia. For both, start with one drop! Essential oils are very concentrated and just a few drops will give you an explosion of flavour and health benefits.
