Low in fat and a real treat
These easy balls taste like carrot cake and are at the same time very healthy. We make them without nuts so that these bliss balls contain a lot less fat and are not as calorie rich than most bliss balls. And with the grated carrot you get some extra veggies and fiber in at the same time š

INGREDIĆNTEN
- 120 g carrot
- 60 g fresh dates pitted
- 75 g raisins
- Pinch of salt
- 75 g oatmeal or buckwheat flakes
- 2 tsp gingerbread spices
- Pinch of salt
- 20 g coconut grater (to roll in)
BEREIDINGSWIJZE
1. Grate the carrot. Cut the dates into small pieces.
2. Place all ingredients, except the grated coconut, in a large bowl and knead well. The longer and better you knead, the better the ingredients stick. You do not need a food processor for this!
3. Make 12 balls and roll them through the grated coconut. Store in a refrigerator or freezer.
