When berries are not in season you can use frozen berries! Just as healthy and available all year round. Also smart: when they are in season, buy a lot in once, wash them and keep them in a container in the freezer. This way you can enjoy these delicious antioxidant-rich (read: anti-aging) fruits all year round.
